The bedrooms are on the Ground Floor with a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area and separate sitting room on the First Floor. A large balcony has views to Padstow. There is a fixed stairgate at the top of the stairs from the TV room and a removable one at the top of the main sitting room stairs can be provided.
Duvets and pillows with bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Hairdryers in each bedroom. Electric heaters in all rooms, electric towel rails in the bathrooms and a wood burner on the First Floor. All electricity is included in the rent.
Ample parking for cars, a small Garden with a stile to access the public footpath to Porthilly Cove.
